You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please complete all fields below to submit your withdrawal notice.

Return conditions — please read before submitting

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
We will refund the standard delivery cost paid at checkout. If you selected an expedited or express shipping option, we will refund the equivalent standard delivery rate only. The difference in cost between standard and expedited shipping is non-refundable.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. If the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect that diminished value.
Our returns are processed via our fulfilment centre in China. Returned parcels may be subject to Chinese customs import duties upon re-entry into China. Where such duties are levied by Chinese customs authorities on your returned parcel, the amount charged will be deducted from your refund. We recommend declaring the return accurately on your shipping documentation to avoid unnecessary delays or charges.
