    SHIPPING UPDATES (10 May 2020):
    We are processing orders on a daily basis. However due to Covid-19, please expect some delay in the delivery of your package, specifically to USA & Canada.
    If you require any assistance in the tracking of your order, please drop us an email. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this period of time.
    

    1.  Do you offer Free Postage?

      Yes! We offer Free Postage Worldwide for orders above USD 80 or more, excluding the cost of shipping. Free Shipping for your order is automatically applied during checkout.

      If your order is below USD 80, postage rate is charged at flat USD 5 

       

      2.  How long does shipping take?

        We usually ship within 3 - 4 days upon successfully processing of your payment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

        As we are currently expanding, your orders will be dispatched from either of our 2 warehouses' location (from Singapore or China).

        International Delivery time frame takes about 12 - 20 work days (guideline provided by the Postal Service).

         **However due to current pandemic, kindly note there will be some delay in the delivery of your order, specifically to USA and Canada

        3.  Do you offer expedited shipping?

          Yes, we do offer Express Mail Service which takes 5 - 7 work days for delivery, depending on the country of delivery. Please email us for the express postage rates before purchase; as postage is calculated based on weight.

          If you like to do an upgrade of postal service, please proceed to place your order and we will send an invoice for the express postage seperately after your order is confirmed.

           

          4.  Do I have to pay custom and import tax charges?

            International orders may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Custom charges.

            All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. The Wildflower Shop is not responsible for any additional taxes and custom charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

             

            5.  How can I track my order?

              You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.

              We ship via DHL (Hong Kong) or China Post and once the orders reach customers' countries, the packages will be handled by the respective Nation Post Office in the country.

              For example:

              orders to USA will be delivered by USPS (Trackable via https://www.usps.com)

              orders to Canada will be delivered by Canada Post (Trackable via https://www.canadapost.ca)

              orders to United Arab Emirates will be delivered by Emirates Post (Trackable via www.epg.gov.ae)

               

              6.  What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?

                Refused or undeliverable packages are non-refundable. These packages will be disposed by the respective overseas postal agent and not received at our end.

                The status of the order indicated by the post agent is final. Tracking showing the package as delivered is non-refundable.

                7.  Do you ship to P.O Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

                Yes, we do. Please email our customer service if you require any assistance in placing an order.
