Yes! We offer Free Postage Worldwide for orders above USD 100 or more, excluding the cost of shipping. Free Shipping for your order is automatically applied during checkout.
If your order is below USD 100, postage rate is charged at USD 7 for the first piece and USD 5 for the second piece onwards. Postage fees will be calculated during checkout before payment.
We usually ship within 48 hours of successfully processing your payment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
As we are currently expanding, your orders may be dispatched from either of our 2 warehouses' location (from Singapore or China).

Yes, we do offer Express Mail Service which takes 5 - 7 work days for delivery, depending on the country of delivery. Please email us for the express postage rates before purchase; as postage is calculated based on weight.

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a return postage fee and 15% restocking fee.
Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.
