ORDERING

 

(1)        Do I need to sign up for an account to purchase?

Yes! Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and first-hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers.

You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best.

 

(2)        Do you have a size guide?

Yes we do. Under each Product Description, we provide measurements of each piece and gauge the range of sizes it can fit. All measurements are given in inches as denoted by “.

This is our size chart. It acts as a sizing guide for your shopping convenience. If you are still unsure on the size to purchase, please feel free to contact our customer service and we will get back within one work day.

(3)        Can you provide more information on your product?

We try our best to publish as much information as we can about our products in terms of their measurements, a detailed description with fabric type and most importantly, a wide array of images professionally taken to aid your shopping process.

However, if you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Care quoting the product name and code and we will get back to you shortly.

 

(4)        I want to buy this product but it's sold out

Due to limited quantity, our designs do get sold out rather fast. So you need to be quick and grab it before someone else does. 

However, if the item out of stock, please add your name and email address to the waiting list (notify me on restock button) so if the item is restocked, an automated email will be sent to your inbox where you can click and purchase the item right away. Hence, do make sure that you check your mailbox regularly.

(6)        I have a discount code, how can I use it in paying for my orders?

Simply key in your discount code and your total amount will change accordingly.Please note only one discount offer can be used per order.Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the code.

 

(7)        I have confirmed my order, can I amend or cancel it?

Unfortunately it isn't possible for you to amend items within your order once it has been confirmed. You can check your orders by logging in, going to My Account, and clicking on the ‘History and Details of your orders’ tab. If you need any assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team to see if we can be of any assistance.

 

(8)         Why can’t I locate the page to key in my payment details?

Each order is unique and linked to a specific payment page. Please check your email inbox for The Wildflower Shop email, a link to the page will be provided there. If it’s not in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder.

 

 


DELIVERY

(1)        Has my order been shipped out?

After your payment’s been verified, you will receive an email informing you that your order’s in the midst of preparation for delivery. Once it’s been shipped out from our Warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification as well. To check on your order status, do go to My Account, under ‘History and details of your orders’.

 

(2)        I have received a faulty item

At The Wildflower Shop, we seek to provide you with quality products. We apologize to have mailed a defected / faulty item.

We aim to resolve any issue with a defected / faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to inform us as soon as you discover the defect / fault. Please include as many details as possible about the problem and we will reply you within 1 or 2 work days.

 

(3)        I have received an incorrect item

Kindly drop us an email at customersvc@thewildflowershop.com and attach a picture of the item received and we will reply within 1 or 2 work days and sort things out .

 

(4)        An item is missing from my order

We apologize for missing out on an order. Kindly contact our Customer Service Team (as above) and we’ll be glad to be of any assistance.

 

 

(5)        Import & Custom duties

 Some customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, kindly note we will not be responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your government if these charges were incurred.

Buyers will be responsible for all re-tour fee and/ or redelivery charges if the packages are not claimed at your Post Office and subsequently return to us.

(6)       Returns due to Undeliverable resons by the Postal Agents

Due to various undeliverable reasons provided by respective postal agents in destination country, Buyers will be responsible for all re-tour fee and/ or redelivery charges if the packages are not claimed or at your Post Office or returned due to undeliverable reasons.

If buyers do not wish to have the items re-sent, a credit voucher equivalent to the cost of the item paid will be made to buyer's account.

 


 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a merchant credit for the value of the merchandise which you can use to order a different size or any of our other products. Offers are subjected to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

Merchandise returned must met with the following criteria:

1. Merchandise must be returned within 45 days from purchase

2. Merchandise must have all tags, per originally received, unworn and unwash

3. Any product purchased under 'SALE' cannot be returned

4. Hair accessories and earrings cannot be returned

Kindly enclose a copy of your invoice together with your return. We strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel. Please mail the item/s back to our office at the  address provided in the email with our Customer Service.
